The Setter Training Academy provides a structured training program for new setters. It consists of an introduction, five modules covering the setter role, managing leads, dashboard usage, rules and expectations, and compensation. Each module includes a review section. The program concludes with a certification exam, and completion earns a 'Training Certified' badge, which allows activation for live leads, although completion does not automatically change trainee status.
